Who created Ethereum?

The creator of Ethereum is Russian-Canadian programmer Vitalik Buterin. Vitalik  is also the co-founder of Bitcoin Magazine. He became interested in Bitcoin in 2011 when he was in high school and has contributed to Bitcoin as a writer, speaker and developer. Today he is the lead developer of Ethereum blockchain which allows people to create their smart contracts and decentralised applications.
