At what exchange rate will my bitcoin sales order be fulfilled?

We cannot guarantee an exchange rate, the exchange always happens at the current rate.

We use the market exchange rate available to us at the time of the actual sale to fulfil bitcoin sales orders. From the time your sale is confirmed, we exchange your bitcoin and send the amount to your bank account within an average of 2 hours, however we cannot guarantee a fixed exchange rate.
