Are there any extra fees when purchasing Bitcoin?

We always show you bank fees related to your order when you place it on the website.

There are no additional charges if you pay with HUF based domestic bank transfer or cash deposit at a bank.

Some fees apply if you want to transfer EUR, which you can review yourself when you place a EUR-based order.

Some customers choose to deposit EUR in cash at the bank -- this incurs extra charges from the bank, which we pass on to you. In this case, you have to cover all additional fees the bank charges you, currently 0.75%, with a minimum of 1012 Ft. This is not always the case, so naturally, we do not discount this from everyone.

We advise you not to deposit EUR in cash to the bank as our bank charges high fees for this, which does not benefit anyone. If you have EUR in cash you’re still better off if you exchange it to HUF at a currency exchange where you will receive a much better rate.

The easiest and most cost-efficient way of buying bitcoin from us is through a HUF bank transfer. If all of your data in the system is correct your order will be processed automatically, in a very short amount of time.
